Begin in Singapore, either in Shopee or SeaMoney, in one of our core functions
Core | Rotation 2
Stay in Singapore or go to one of our overseas offices, in Shopee or SeaMoney core functions
Corporate | Rotation 3
Rotate to a Corporate function at Sea or cross-business rotation i.e. to Garena
Capstone | Rotation 4
Work directly with one of our C-suite leaders, and drive cross-functional projects
Cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
Implement strategy, roadmaps, and features that adhere to the business goals by being the key focal point between the business, engineering, and design teams.
Conceptualize and implement go-to market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility of our platform.
Pursue strategic opportunities to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at best prices.
Empower Shopee's sellers to market their products across our markets by providing enabling services.
Shape and define the regional roadmap across financial products by leading the product development end-to-end. Support the growth of our lending business through negotiating and onboarding strategic funding partners.
Keep SeaMoney apprised of key risk issues in the digital financial services landscape to ensure continuous contribution to the growth of the business.
Develop product roadmaps and features, evaluate business models and generate actionable insights, by using data-driven approaches and innovative tech solutions.
Design and optimize operational end-to-end processes to deliver superior customer and operations experience.
Ensure that the conduct of business is consistent with risk appetite for regulatory risk through innovative technology while complying with its regulatory obligations.
Calling out to graduates with a recognised Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window) who are proficient in English and one of the following languages to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region: Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese, Mandarin.
